-Please double check your shipping address. We are not able to make  adjustments once the package leaves our store.

- Rivers & Bridge Clothing Company is not responsible for items lost in transit. If your package has been lost, you must file a claim with the shipping carrier service for information on the package.

• All returns on regular priced items are for store credit only.
• Orders must be returned within two weeks for regular priced items.
• If you purchased an item that was considered "sale", discounted, or promotional, it is considered final sale and is not eligible for return. Final sale items are not eligible for an exchange, refund, or return. Jewelry, candles, hair accessories, underwear, pacis, bottles, consumables & beauty products are considered final sale items.
• All personalized items are considered final sale. Please check your personalization requests before submission.
• All returns must be made in original, unworn condition with the original tags.  The item(s) must be in unwashed, unworn condition, and free of makeup/ deodorant stains, smoke, and pet hair. We reserve the right to reject any returns.
• The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Because items sell out quickly, we cannot offer exchanges at this time.
• In the case of missing, incorrect, or damaged items, please contact us by email at: sales@riversandbridge.com
• We will not accept any damaged items after they have already been worn. If your item is damaged, it must remain in original, unworn condition with the original tags.
