Before first use
- Gently pull the bottle nipple in all directions and carefully inspect it for any signs of weakness or damage.
- Always sterilize new bottle nipples before first use.
Replacement
- Check bottle nipples regularly, replacing them every 8-12 weeks or at the first sign of damage or weakness.
Cleaning
- Silicone bottle nipples can be sterilized via scalding or the microwave method :
- Confirm that your microwave settings are 800W (or equivalent) and that the water temperature is 100°C / 212°F.
- Place the bottle nipples in a microwave-safe sterilization box (like a BIBS pacifier box) and fill it with water.
- Microwave for 60 seconds.
- Allow the box to cool before removing the nipples.

- All returns must be made in original, unworn condition with the original tags. The item(s) must be in unwashed, unworn condition, and free of makeup/ deodorant stains, smoke, and pet hair. We reserve the right to reject any returns.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Because items sell out quickly, we cannot offer exchanges at this time.
