Before first use
- sterilize all bottle components in boiling water for 5 minutes. Inspect nipples regularly and replace them as needed (every 1–2 months for latex, 2–3 months for silicone), or sooner if damaged.
- Sterilization before every use is recommended. Never exceed the bottle’s maximum heat resistance of 100°C and never seal or cover the bottle during sterilization.
Cleaning
- All bottle components, except for the funnel and nipple, are top-rack dishwasher safe.

- All personalized items are considered final sale. Please check your personalization requests before submission.
- All returns must be made in original, unworn condition with the original tags. The item(s) must be in unwashed, unworn condition, and free of makeup/ deodorant stains, smoke, and pet hair. We reserve the right to reject any returns.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Because items sell out quickly, we cannot offer exchanges at this time.
